Add 5 cups of yogurt and 5 cups of water together in a pot, and mix a little bit with a wisk.
Add the corn starch, and mix very well.
Before turning on the heat, crush the garlic and mix it with the salt. This salt will be for whole pot so be generous.
Put the yogurt/water mixture on high heat, and stir in the same direction non-stop until the yogurt begins to boil. If you stop, you will forfeit your life.
Once the yogurt is boiling, turn it down to ~4 and add the tortellini. Bring it back to a soft boil and then leave it alone with the occasional stir for about 15 minutes.
While the tortellini is cooking, heat up butter or olive oil in a pan, add garlic, and cook for about 2-3 minutes max. When the butter or olive oil gets hot, turn the heat down to ~8 before adding garlic.
When tortellini is done, add the garlic mix and dried mint. Enjoy!
